All you have to do is pay the $1.49 at checkout (all of our returns get processed through re:do), and wallah!! You are going to have the option to print the Almost-Free return label directly from your printer or by getting a QR code, to scan at the courier location. Yep, it's super easy!

Each return label is assigned to a specific return. If you don't see the option to return multiple items in the same box during the return process, don't include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box. It could prevent your refund from being processed correctly.

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery. To get a return label for no additional charge, make sure you are choosing re:do at checkout. 

What items are eligible for return? offers Almost-Free returns on most items delivered to an address in the 48 contiguous United States (for only $1.49 you are fully covered). Almost-Free return is not available for International orders!

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can also start your return process HERE!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted click here to process your exchange.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. MODAndME reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for a refund to reflect the condition it is returned in.

A store credit will be issued upon inspection and review of the product. If a refund is requested there will be a 15% restocking fee and it will be issued to the original payment method.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store

credit will be processed and you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your store credit. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days, contact your credit card company and/or bank, it may take more than the 5-7 business day for your refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, please go to the “Returns” page and fill out a return request form. Once we receive your request you will receive a response within 24 to 48 business hours. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to ship and delivery may vary.
