Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. MODAndME reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect the condition it is returned in.
A store credit will be issued upon inspection and review of the product. If a refund is requested there will be a 15% restocking fee and it will be issued to the original payment method.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store
credit will be processed and you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days, contact your credit card company and/or bank, it may take more than the 5-7 business day for your refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, please go to the “Returns” page and fill out a return request form. Once we receive your request you will receive a response within 24 to 48 business hours. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to ship and delivery may vary.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
