1. Higher gauge wires are thinner, lower gauge wires are thicker.
2. It would be more reliable to ask your piercer for help to make sure you are wearing the coorect gauge.
3. 5mm and 6mm are extremely small size, it's more suitable for helix, cartilage, rook, snug, tragus. Please be cautious when you choose them as a nose ring.
